We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, especially if we believe conduct violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Product & Event Ticket Sales

All sales made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to describe our products and events accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or images are error-free.

  • Event Tickets: Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. Tickets may be transferable at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Canada. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or inventory levels. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Product Orders: Due to the nature of our farm products (e.g., perishable frozen goods), all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@taitheritagefarms.ca.

  • Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled, we will offer a refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as needed.
